Application Form

To complete the application form, please follow the directions below. Application forms must be printed and delivered, faxed or mailed to the Human Resources Department. Applications cannot be submitted online or through email.

1. Click on the "Application" link below (you will need Acrobat Reader to view the application).

2. Click on the fields with your cursor and type in the information requested. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

3. Once your application is complete, go to the top of your browser window and click on the 'File' menu and print your application.

4. You can now do one of the following:

     a) take your printed application and mail it to City of Tulare.
     b) take your printed application and fax it to City of Tulare.
     c) take your printed application and hand deliver to City of Tulare.
