The Parcel Map Committee has authority to approve subdivisions creating four or fewer parcels and has jurisdiction over lot line adjustments, lot mergers and certificates of compliance. The Parcel Map Committee is consists of the Planning and Building Director, the City Engineer and a member of the Planning Commission. The Parcel Map Committee typically meets on Monday at 10:30 a.m. as needed.
