Planning Application and Forms:

To complete the Planning applications and forms, please follow the directions below. Applications and forms must be printed and delivered, faxed or mailed to the Planning Department.

1. Click on the "Application" link below (you will need Acrobat Reader to view the application).
2. Click on the fields with your cursor and type in the information requested.
3. Once your application is complete, go to the top of your browser window and click on the 'File' menu and print your application.
