Through the development and management of the
City’s traffic control systems, the Engineering Division seeks
to shape a livable community. Our efforts focus on the provision
of an effective and safe transportation system that provides people
and businesses access and mobility. As such we are involved in the
planning, construction, management and maintenance of the City’s
transportation system.
The City of Tulare seeks to become a regional leader in innovative
transportation solutions. With limited resources available, the
Engineering Division seeks to plan and construct solutions that
will allow our community to meet the many challenges a growing city
faces, while maintaining our economic viability and neighborhood
character.
