This Division has the responsibility of investigating
all felony crimes and a good portion of the misdemeanors that may
occur in the City. All investigators must possess generalized skills
and knowledge of investigations. However, each of these individuals
have also acquired exceptional expertise in particular type crimes.
The unit continues to be an active participant in the Interagency
Narcotic Enforcement Team (INET) by assigning one officer to this
multi-jurisdictional effort that targets middle level drug dealers
in Tulare County.
