The regular meetings of the Council shall be held on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at the hour of 7:00 P.M., Pacific Standard Time or Daylight Savings Time, whichever time is being used in the State of California on the date of said meeting, in the Civic Affairs Building situated at 125 South M Street, unless any such Tuesday shall fall upon a holiday, in which instance such regular meeting shall be held at the same hour and place on the next succeeding evening that is not a holiday.* (Prior code § 1-5-1)
