There is hereby established a special fund for the deposit of monies in the City of Tulare, to be designated as Special Aviation Fund For Tulare Airpark, pursuant to the provisions of Section 21684 of the Public Utilities Code of the State of California. All funds received by the City pursuant to the provisions of Article IV of Division 9, of Part 1, of the Public Utilities Code of the State of California, entitled Aeronautics Fund shall be deposited in said Special Aviation Fund for Tulare Airpark and all funds of the City to be deposited pursuant to the provisions of Section 21684 of the Public Utilities Code of the State of California, shall be deposited in said Fund for expenditures solely for airport and aviation purposes.
