A contract between the Council and the Board of Administration, California State Employees' Retirement System is hereby authorized, a copy of the contract being on file in the office of the Clerk, marked "Exhibit A", and by such reference made a part as though herein set out in full.

    The President of the City Council is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to execute the contract for and on behalf of said agency.* (Ord. 775, 5-23-62)
