Section 1.60.100 Recreation/Parks/Library Department

In accordance with Section 836.5 of the Penal Code of the State of California, the Recreation, Parks & Library Director, the Parks and Landscape Services Superintendent, the Parks Supervisor, the Parks Services Specialist and the Park Ranger, and all other employees of the Recreation, Parks & Library Department so designated by the Director, are hereby authorized to make arrests without warrants, and issue citations, for violations of Chapters 6.44, 6.52, 8.32 and 8.36 of the City Code; as set Chapters pertain and are applicable to the operations and responsibilities of said Recreation, Parks & Library Department.
