Section 10.04.050 Application

The regulations in the Ordinance are minimum requirements. This Ordinance shall apply to all property whether owned by private persons, by the United States of America or any of its agencies or political subdivisions; by school districts or special districts; by any city or county, including the City of Tulare or any of its agencies; or by any authority or district organized under the laws of the State.
