The Director can approve a minor planning request subject to conditions.  Such conditions will assure that the approved project shall not constitute a grant of a special privilege inconsistent with the limitations upon other properties in the vicinity and district in which such subject property is situated.  Said conditions shall be contained in an administrative resolution, consistent with Section 10.140 :  Administrative Agreements.  (Ord. 00-1854)
