Section 10.140.060 Action of Planning and Building Director

Following a review and analysis of the minor planning request, the Planning and Building Director shall render a decision on the request. The Director’s action and findings shall be delineated in an administrative agreement and shall be final unless appealed to the Planning Commission. (Ord. 00-1854)
