Section 10.148.120 Density Bonus Calculations

The base allowable density of the property for which a density bonus is being requested shall be determined by the Zoning district. A housing development may qualify for a minimum increase of 25 percent over the maximum allowable base density. The density bonus units are not included when determining the number of required target units relative to the total project units. (Ord. 00-1854)
