Section 10.164.070 Duration of Land Use Decision

A hazardous waste facility shall be permitted for a initial period of time not to exceed ten years. A waste facility may be permitted for an extended period of time, for good cause, if an application for an extension is considered and acted upon by the Planning Commission. (Ord. 00-1854)
