Section 10.180.170 Severance Clause

The provisions of this Chapter are declared to be severable and if any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this Chapter shall for any reason be held to be invalid of unconstitutional, such decisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining sections, sentences, clauses, and phrases of this Chapter, but they shall remain in effect, it being the legislative intent that this Chapter shall stay and not withstanding the validity of any part.
