Section 10.20.060 Appeals by the Planning and Building Director

The Planning Director may appeal decisions of the Planning Commission to the City Council if any of the following occurs:

A. Where the action of the Planning Commission constitutes new policies for the City.

B. Where the action is contrary to established City policy.

C. Where the action will have a significant fiscal impact on the City.

D. Where the action is not in compliance with the City Zoning or Subdivision Ordinances.

E. Where the action is inconsistent with the Tulare General Plan.
