Section 12.08.040 Effective date.

The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance and the City Clerk shall cause the same to be published within fifteen (15) days after its passage at least once in Advance Register, a newspaper of general circulation in the City. This Chapter will take effect immediately upon adoption pursuant to the Health and Safety Code section 52031. The facts constituting the public purpose of this Chapter are the findings of the City Council set forth in Section 12.08.020. (Prior code § 12-2-4)..
