No exemption which may be permitted under Section 3.12.020, subsections (A) through (G), shall authorize or permit any act or condition which is prohibited by the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District Regulations, or the rules or regulations of any air pollution control district established pursuant thereto. No other exemptions to Section 3.12.010, than those listed in Section 3.12.020, subsections (A) through (G) shall be granted. (Prior code § 3-3-3)
