The Code Enforcement Officer shall work with property owners/residents to obtain voluntary compliance, however, the Code Enforcement Officer shall also have authority to issue citations and pursue other legal remedies as necessary. (Ord. 97-1799 § 1 (part), 1997: prior code § 3-6-4)
