Adoption of Electrical Code.  That certain document, in book form known and designated as the California Electrical Code, 2001 Edition, which incorporated by reference the 1999 Edition of the National Electrical Code, as prepared and published by the Pacific Coast Electrical Association, are hereby adopted as the Electrical Code of the City of Tulare.
