Any advertising structure or sign which is now or hereafter shall be in violation of the provisions of Section 4.28.020 hereof, shall be removed within one (1) year from the date when the project for landscaping of the particular section of a freeway shall have been completed or accepted and the character of the section shall have been changed from a freeway to a landscaped freeway.* (Prior code § 4-7-4)
