Adoption of Mechanical Code:  That certain document, in book form known and designated as the California Mechanical Code, 2001 Edition, which incorporates by reference the 2000 Edition of the Uniform Mechanical Code, with necessary California Amendments, excepting Table 1-1 Mechanical Permit Fees ( contains no fees), including appendices, as prepared  and published by the International Conference of Building Officials, is hereby adopted, as the Mechanical Code of the City of Tulare.  Also adopted that certain document known as Table 1-1 Mechanical Permit Fees as found in the 1998 California Mechanical Code.
