Section 5.28.060 Disorderly person prohibited.

No person in charge of any public billiard room or public cardroom shall keep the same open or allow or permit the some to be kept open, or allow or permit any game to be played therein from 12:00 P.M. of any day other than Saturday until 6:00 A.M. of the following day, or from 1:00 A.M. on any Sunday until 6:00 A.M. of the same day, or allow or permit any person except the person in charge of the servants regularly employed in and about the same, to be or remain therein between the hours aforesaid.
