Section 5.32.070 Violations-Penalties.

Any person violating any provision of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by imprisonment in the County jail for mot exceeding thirty (30) days or a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) or both. (Prior code § 5-8-7)
