Chapter 5.84 Alcoholic Beverages; Warning Signs
Section 5.84.020 Violations--Infractures.
It is unlawful and constitutes an infraction for any person to violate or fail
to comply with the
provisions of this Chapter. Any person convicted of an infraction under the provisions of this
Chapter shall be punishable as set forth in Section 1.12.010 of this Code. (Prior code § 5-22-2).
