Section 5.96.210 Existing Medical Marijuana Dispensaries; Time Limit for Filing Application for Permit
The continued operation of a Medical Marijuana Business in existence before the effective date of
this Chapter without having applied for a permit obtained pursuant to the provisions of this
Chapter for more than ninety (90) days after the effective date of this Chapter shall constitute a
violation of this Chapter. (Ord. 05-1998)
