It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly or intentionally appear in public in a state of nudity.  "Nudity or State of Nudity" means:  (a) the appearance or display of the human bare buttock, anus, male genitals, female genitals, or the areola or nipple of the female breast; or (b) a state of dress which fails to opaquely and fully cover a human buttock, anus, male or female genitals, public region or areola or nipple of the female breast.  This section shall not apply to children under ten (10) years of age.
