All public parks and public libraries within the City of Tulare which have been designated as drug free zones pursuant to this ordinance shall have notices posted in appropriate and reasonable locations at said facilities, advising and directing the public that such facilities have been designated as drug free zones pursuant to this Chapter and Section 11380.5 of the Health and Safety Code.(Ord. 99-1845 § 1 (part))
