Consent is hereby given that the County Health Officer of the County of Tulare shall enforce and observe in this City all orders, quarantine regulations and rules prescribed by the State Department of Public Health and all Statutes of the State, and all Ordinances of the County, relating to the public health, all of which orders, regulations, rules, Statutes and Ordinances are hereby declared to be effective within the City.
