Automatic electrically controlled signal devices with red, green and yellow lights have been installed at the intersections of the streets hereinafter men- tioned for the purpose of regulating traffic at said intersections:

    (A) At the intersection of Inyo Street and "J" Street.

    (B) At the intersection of Inyo Street and "K" Street.

    (C) At the intersection of Tulare Street and "J" Street.

    (D) At the intersection of Tulare Street and "K" Street. (Prior code § 9-3-1)
