All persons engaged in the business of selling new or used bicycles are hereby required to make a daily report to the Police Department, giving the name and address of the purchaser, and all frame or serial numbers of said bicycle. All dealers shall be required to maintain a record of sales for a period of not less than five (5) years. (Prior code § 9-13-14)
