(1) Tentative Subdivision Map- Santa Fe West:
Consider a request by V.I.B. for a 97 lot tentative subdivision map on the property located on the east side of “E” Street, between Gail and Zumwalt Avenues. Property is approximately 33.59 acres and is zoned R-1-8, R-1-12.5 and R-1-20. Tentative Map was originally approved 2-7-2005, but has since expired.

(2) Conditional Use Permit No. 2009-14:
Consider a request by Inocente Florez for a stationary mobile vending vehicle to be located at 610 W. Inyo Avenue (Valero Gas Station). Property is zoned C-4 (Service Commercial).
