(1)      Approve minutes of the October 15, 2009 regular meeting.

(2)      Accept September Investment Report.

(3)      Final acceptance of Project No. 08-17, Cross Avenue Water Main Installation, between Tulare Drive and West Street.

(4)      Authorize the Public Works Director to sign an agreement with AMEC Geomatrix, Inc. of Fresno to prepare a Hazardous Materials Business Plan and Risk Management Program for the Wastewater Treatment Plant for $20,800.

           V.    GENERAL BUSINESS:

(1)      Review the bid opening results and consider award of a contract to 99 Pipeline, Inc. in the amount of $232,958.50 for construction of “B” Street Sewer Replacement, Tulare Avenue to Cross Avenue, Project No. 06-10, and Pratt Street Sewer Replacement, Elm Avenue to Inyo Avenue, Project No. 06-12; and authorize the City Engineer to issue contract change orders in amounts up to 10 percent ($23,295.85) of the original bid amount.

(2)      Approve and authorize the Public Works Director to sign Change Order No. 11 to the contract with W. M. Lyles Co. for construction of the industrial wastewater treatment plant, for a cost increase of $103,672.
