VI.    GENERAL BUSINESS- PUBLIC HEARING

 

(1)  Conditional Use Permit No. 2009-20:

 

Consider a request by Tulare First Baptist Church to construct a 2-story 16,189 sq. ft. community building with classrooms, coffee shop and lounge, meeting and assembly areas with associated parking and landscaping on 1.12 acre site.  Property is located at the southwest corner of Gem Street and Cross Avenue.

Consider a request by Cora Donaghe for a conditional use permit for a legal non-conforming residence in a commercial zone.
